Nine Months:

Schedule a VISIA Skin Analysis with one of our aestheticians. The analysis will tell us which areas of your skin needs extra love and which products you need. Upgrading your skincare routine is a priority for wedding photos – to give you that bridal glow.

If you don’t already use sunscreen daily, start immediately. You can purchase Elta MD SPF Skincare products at our Rockford location. These products are great for the skin while protecting it from the sun’s harmful rays. If you have existing sun damage, our IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or C02 resurfacing treatments can eliminate visible sunspots.

To ensure you have the energy and healthy glow you need, begin working on daily movement and nutrition. Feeling healthy, radiant, and confident is the key on your special day. If you’re considering advanced treatments like Coolsculpting or PrecisionTX, begin those at the nine-month mark. You’ll see results in 3-4 months and leave time for another treatment if needed.

You may choose to do Laser Hair Removal at this time. Keep in mind that hair removal can take 2-6 procedures to see permanent results and require breaks between 4-6 weeks apart. You should also avoid sun exposure with any laser treatment, so scheduling these in advance is key.

Six to Three Months:

Begin planning your aesthetic for hair, makeup, and nails with an artist. Revisit any laser or Coolsculpting treatments still in the queue but be sure to avoid laser hair removal and spray tan applications at the same time.

Two Months:

1 Week:

Nothing says blushing bride like a HydraFacial and dermaplaning treatments. This will leave your skin fuzz-free, deeply cleansed, and glowing from the inside out. If you are using retinol or other irritants, discontinue use now, and focus on waxing any hair that may need a clean-up after laser treatments.
