Dr. Pedro Rodriguez

Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Pedro Rodriguez earned his medical degree in 1999 at The College of Human Medicine and met Dr. Pryor that same year while serving as a General Surgeon in Akron, Ohio. After concluding his residency in 2007, Dr. Rodriguez completed his Plastic Surgery fellowship and went on to practice for several years in both Puerto Rico and Spain. Upon his return to the US, Dr. Rodriguez accepted a position at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford, where he remained from 2009-2011.

Dr. Rodriguez is passionate about highlighting the natural beauty in his patients and does so with integrity and honesty. His passion for life and love of his craft drives his work ethic and desire to achieve the best results for his patients. When Dr. Rodriguez is not working, he focuses on spending quality time with his family, raising four boys with his wife of 13 years, Amy. He also enjoys exercising regularly, which provides him with the mental clarity and physical stamina to meet the demands of long hours in surgery.
