The Beautiful Brows You Deserve.
Brows that have become too thin for the rest of your features – either due to years of tweezing or an illness – can be impossible to regrow on your own. When this occurs, an eyebrow restoration can create full, natural brows by taking hair follicles from your scalp and transferring them to thinning and patchy areas.
Thinning or patchy eyebrows can have a dramatic effect on your appearance. Restore full and beautiful brows that frame your face with a custom restoration procedure.
The Benefits of This Procedure
Full brows can transform your look and create a more youthful appearance. Please take a moment to view our beautiful before and after gallery to see the results that are possible.
Dr. Pryor’s eyebrow restoration is completely customizable based on the extent of your brow thinning. Here’s a quick look at your options:
If you were born without brows or they are thinning due to genetics or a medical condition, this is the procedure for you. With a full restoration, we will transfer between 200 and 400 hair follicles per brow to restore a naturally full look
A partial restoration is ideal for clients who have pencil-thin brows due to years (or decades) of plucking and waxing. It involves transferring between 100 and 200 grafts per brow to fill in gaps and patchy areas.
If your brows are naturally thinner than you’d like, Dr. Pryor will likely recommend a conservative touch-up procedure, which involves transferring just enough grafts to subtly reshape and plump your brows.
Eyebrow restoration is not a one-time procedure – it’s a process. There are multiple stages involved and the results emerge gradually. Here’s what to expect:
Stage 1
Designing Your Brows
Before we begin your procedure, we will design your brows. This is a thoughtful, collaborative process that blends your preferences with Dr. Pryor’s artistic eye to create brows that are both beautiful and natural-looking.
Stage 2
The Procedure
The actual eyebrow restoration procedure is very straightforward and involves transplanting between 50 and 400 grafts per eyebrow. The number of grafts will depend on whether you’re having a touch-up, or a partial or full restoration. To begin, we will administer oral sedation.
From there, we will remove donor hairs from the back of your head and transplant them one at a time to the brow area. We will continue this process until we have achieved your desired brow shape and density. Once the procedure is complete, some discomfort in the donor area and mild brow redness that persists for about five days is normal. Very rarely, patients may experience significant bruising and swelling.
Stage 3
The Growth Phase
Your transplanted hairs will begin to fall out about two to three weeks after the restoration and you should notice significant regrowth at around four months. Your brows will slowly increase in density over the next six months as the transplanted hair continues to grow.
In most cases, full hair growth will occur about 12 to 18 months after the procedure. Once the hair has grown in, the results should endure indefinitely.
