Dr. Wendell C. Perry is an American Board of Plastic surgery-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Medicine degree from Howard University and completed his general surgery internship and residency at Howard University Hospital. After completing his general surgery training, he served as an instructor in the department of surgery.

As an attending general surgeon, his responsibilities included covering general surgery trauma emergencies at a level I University trauma center, education of medical students and residents and covering a general surgery service. Following completion of his general surgery training, Dr. Perry then went to the University of Southern California where he did a burn fellowship. His responsibilities included running a burn service, running a burn intensive care unit and acute burn surgery.

Following completion of his burn fellowship, Dr. Perry completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Perry has been a practicing plastic and reconstructive surgeon for over 10 years performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and has been a medical director at a wound healing Center.
